7:30 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Dorothy Daniels, DEP 19-1256. Applicant requests an Amended Order of Conditions to include a landscape plan at property located at 33 Bayberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 158.
7:45 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by John & Karen Klingel. Applicant proposes construction of a seasonal ramp, float, and pier in Town Cove.
